This area is sometimes overlooked, yet is very important as most athletes have only around 10-15 years at the top and therefore need to make the most of their abilities and earning power. Through discussions with our clients, we identify an athlete's interests, their achievements to date and their short and long-term goals, and post sporting career options. This process is essential regardless of the level or stage of their career. We can help implement this plan using our resources and contacts as required.

We take great care in the off-field career of our clients and by documenting and regularly reviewing this information, the athlete is taking ownership of their career and understands fully what is required and what sacrifices are needed to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

We hope to make our clients as professional and confident as possible in their off- the-field and day-to-day life and hope that this will reflect in their athletic performances in the sporting arena. By evaluating regularly, we can make sure the plan is being followed and if needed update and improve it as new circumstances arise.

Athletes need to prepare for life after their sporting career. We can help them benefit in this phase of their life through consultation and planning.

Image and Personal Development
The public expect a certain attitude and behavior that matches what athletes do in the sporting arena. At the same time, the athletes are also just normal people and need to wind down and relax in ways that don’t attract headlines. Part of this process includes training to handle all forms of media including television, print and radio. Players need to be aware of public expectations and how they are expected to handle the public when required for autographs, guest appearances and just being seen in the community.  

If you look back in history, the athlete that achieves the highest in their chosen sport whilst at the same time keeping their image clean-cut are the ones that are remembered for the right reasons such as their sporting ability, persistence, bravery, determination and attitude on and off the field. 

We help our clients gain that experience and confidence so they can portray themselves in the best possible light.

Sponsorship, Endorsements, Promotion and Public Relations
We can create profiles for our clients to help optimise their off-field opportunities. With our strong working relationships throughout the business community, we are able to seek additional income and products from endorsements and sponsorships for our clients.  

These include promoting and endorsing reputable products and services as it is vitally important for all clients to be seen by the public in a positive way as they are role models for the community and this can impact on performance and opportunities. The times required to perform such opportunities needs to be balanced so it does not interfere with our client’s training and playing of their chosen sport.  

Community and Charity Work
This is also an important part of the whole plan as the clients we represent were once kids themselves with their own heroes that they admired. By assisting with community projects and helping reputable charities, this will demonstrate they do care by contributing something back into the community they live in.

Our Fee Structure  

Our fees depend on the contractual arrangements secured for our clients.

If there is no contract gained with a club in your chosen sport, then there is no payment. We only take a flat fee of 5% of the contracted salary and/or endorsements/sponsorships that you get paid.

For those with a contracted salary under $10,001 we charge 3% of the contacted salary. Between $10001 and $30000 we charge 4% of the contracted salary. Above $30001 we charge a maximum of 5% of the contacted salary.

       ● We will be 100% honest and genuine in all our dealings with you, your parents and family and the organizations you represent.
 

       ● We will always give 100% in our efforts and can offer you access to qualified and well-respected financial advisors, tax accountants, lawyers and solicitors, media and sponsorship companies, personal trainers, sports psychologists and many more professional services.
 

       ● We will endeavour to see our clients perform on the sporting field as much as possible, as well as meeting with them face to face and communicate on a regular basis. We will always be available day or night, at least by phone and/or email.
 

       ● We will provide advice to do with your sport, as well as outside the sport on life in general, if that is your wish - and if under 18 years of age, your parents.
 

       ● We also have a trained eye for detail, so will make sure the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed ! 

You may have talent but you will need to sacrifice time and energy to make it to the top of your chosen profession. Even then, there are no guarantees!  

We can’t promise you anything in regards to playing your chosen sport at the top level. However, we will promise to always give you our absolute best in regards to managing your career.
